CVAS is available Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.
CVAS is not available on Public Holidays.

Important Information About CVAS

Your feedback is important to help the CTU and its partners to serve you better. To ensure we receive as much feedback as possible, please complete a one-minute survey about your call that the agent will send to you via a CVAS app chat message.

Calls Not Allowed

The following are types of calls not allowed when using CVAS:

Any call that violates the previously agreed upon terms and conditions for the use of CVAS.
Any call that infringes or invades any intellectual property rights.
Conversations, voiced, signed or sent by text, that:
- Contain obscene or explicit languag,
- Contain sexual gestures or nudity,
- Contain solicitation,
- Contain discriminatory language,
- Contain threatening or violent language,
- Involve the commiting of a crime within or without the country of either party on the call.
